"I first listened to EIGHTXNIGHTS a bit over 2 years ago when i checked out EIGHTXNIGHTS and SHAANXI on Dream Catalogue, the two releases at the time still a complete mystery to me captivated me for the ability to express emotion through something so abrasive and raw, these two releases always stood out to me in the Dream Catalogue, naturally in the process of running BLCR, -Nights was on my top list of artists i was hoping to work with. After a few brief emails and getting ahold of a massive backlog of unreleased material 'FEIFEI FOREVER' stood out to me, it was quite different in sound, a lot softer, friendlier, whilst still capturing emotion in a way only Nights could. Every sound on the album feels unique, only belonging here. it's a self contained world where nothing can come in or go out but through the music we get a glance at it. Since then we have talked a lot and agreed on releasing FF4E, i'm very happy and excited to be sharing it with you all and i can't thank Nights enough for the music she makes and for working with us." - Metagyndes (owner of BLCR)
